JAERMANN Pascal

Pascal Jaermann studied the flute at the Lausanne Conservatory. In 1974, he won first prize at the Concours des Jeunesses Musicales de Lausanne.

After obtaining a teaching diploma from Günter Rumpel, he continued his studies at the Geneva Conservatory, which he completed with the first prize for virtuosity in the class of Maxence Larrieu. Since then, his presence in chamber music concerts has been constant.

In 2010, he founded the Eden Quartet with three other flutists. This group has a rich literature of original works and arrangements that highlight the desire to play and the talent of each of its members.

Pascal Jaermann devotes part of his time to teaching at the Conservatoire Populaire de Genève.
